Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Grapes

The grapes add a little sweetness to the usually bitter brussels sprouts.

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts (About 2 small bags)
  • 2 cups seedless black grapes
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or spray)
  1. Mix up the brussels sprouts and grapes in a roasting pan and coat them with coconut oil.
  2. Bake at 400ºF for about 25 minutes, until the sprouts start to turn brown.
