We are 100% virtual. Our programs can be done anywhere, by anyone, regardless of age, location, ability, or fitness background. And we run our programs using the tools your team is already accustomed to (Slack, Zoom, Messenger).

Real life human coaches and Registered Dietitian ready to answer workout or nutrition questions, offer advice to deal with wellness obstacles in the real world, check videos of workout form, and offer that extra bit of accountability when needed. We get back to questions within 24 hours (usually much faster).

WEekly Workout Plan

Workouts that can be done anywhere (at home, a park, the gym), with options to accommodate all fitness levels. For those with gym access or who already have a workout routine, we also have additional programs for advanced members with certain goals (strength building, endurance improvement, core).

Nutrition Plan

Nutrition education and guides that set the foundation for healthy eating in any environment (at home, dining out, traveling) plus access to our video recipe library.

NTX Coach Portal

Our self guided education portal, with lessons from our 5 coaching domains, lifestyle habits to try, check-in reminders, tips, and guides. As always, everything is backed by support from our coaches through chat or the support group.

Next Level Attention

Weekly Webinar

We move the online discussion in person with a weekly webinar hosted by one of our coaches. The webinar is part education, with a presentation on a certain health or lifestyle topic, followed by a Q&A of any questions that came up during the week or any questions members want to discuss live. (This is only in certain plans)

Private Coaching

Every member gets a 60 minute private coaching session once a month. This individualized attention allows our coaches to specifically dial in to what each member’s goals are, develop a plan to get there, help overcome any lifestyle obstacles, and offer unparalleled support and accountability. (This is only in certain plans)

Program Structure

We have two program structure options for the team: a 12 Week Fitness Challenge and Monthly Wellness Coaching

12 Week Fitness Challenge

Our fitness challenge is designed to be a total health turbocharge, capitalizing on the excitement of a group challenge and fostering connections and camaraderie among the team to create lasting lifestyle changes.

Daily Habits

The challenge focuses on simple, achievable daily habits that add up to big, lasting changes. In addition, every member gets a custom workout and nutrition plan.

Live, Weekly Coaching

Each week begins with a live webinar hosted by one of our coaches. The webinar focuses on a topic from one of our 5 coaching domains and includes new habits to try on top of the base habits.

Constant Support

Excitement ebbs and flows on the wellness journey. We check in and work with members feeling stuck to help them overcome obstacles and incorporate healthy habits into their life.

Monthly Wellness Coaching

Either after a challenge or on its own, our monthly coaching focuses on continued health improvement through life’s ups and downs. Monthly Coaching has three program options. The variations lie in how much more hands on our coaches are with the team.

Base

The Base program includes a managed online group, support through chat from coaches, weekly workouts, nutrition plan, and access to the NTX Coach Portal

Pro

Pro covers everything in Base, but includes a weekly webinar focused on educating about a certain topic and answering team questions.

 

Peak

Peak offers the best level of individualized attention, with a monthly 60 minute video chat available for every single team member.

We know life happens and people sometimes put their health and fitness behind other priorities. We’ll periodically check in with members from the team that we haven’t heard from to help them find a way to fit some healthy habits into their life. Our goal is happy, healthy people.

The Tech

We keep the conversation where your team is already at. Most aspects of our coaching programs use the tools your team uses daily, along with our knowledge portal on our mobile friendly website. We keep things simple so there’s no additional apps to deal with.

Slack

We’ll moderate the team discussion on Slack, either as a new workspace or in a new #wellness channel in your workspace, with our coaches as guests.

Zoom

For plans that include a weekly webcast or 1-on-1 coaching, we use Zoom for hosting video chats.

Chat

Questions to coaches can be sent many ways, including email, text message, Slack, and Facebook Messenger.

Prices

Plans run month-to-month and require 30 day cancellation notice. The 12 Week Fitness Challenge is a 3 month commitment.

Who We Are

Joey Daoud

CEO & Chief Coach

Joey’s mission is driving positive change in others. As an award winning documentary producer he caused change through media. Driven by his family’s history with obesity and his own journey with Crohn’s disease, he wanted to have a larger impact with a smaller audience. That led to the creation of New Territory Fitness, whose mission is to make healthy living accessible to others.

Joey is a CrossFit Level 2 coach, as well as a certified coach with USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting, along with other fitness and nutrition credentials.

In his freetime he’s most likely brewing coffee or climbing mountains.  

Rebecca Goodrich, MS, RDN, LDN

Chief Nutritionist

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian / Licensed Nutritionist with a bachelors and masters degree in dietetics and nutrition. Her current specialties include gut health along with other conditions such as weight loss management.

She has an endless passion in guiding and helping others achieve their goals into living and incorporating a more mindful, nutritious and overall healthier lifestyle.
