Knowledge is only part of the puzzle, and a small part at that. Acting on that knowledge and being held accountable is a much larger piece, and that’s where our coaching comes into play.
In addition to hitting your fitness goals, it’s not uncommon for participants to find a new passion for a sport or activity, have a deeper understanding of how different foods interact with their body, and develop life-long healthy habits.

The key to success in the Accelerator is the coaching and accountability.
Each week you’ll meet with your coach (either online or in person), assess how the previous week went, problem solve any issues and get new exercises. During the week you’ll have 24/7 messaging access to your coach to get support and ask any questions.
The key to the program is our coaching. We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you succeed.
Most importantly, I developed a consistent habit of working out and eating healthy. The accountability part was very useful as I always knew what to do, I just didn’t have the motivation or accountability to stay consistent.
The challenge allowed me to discover and utilize hidden inner strength and capabilities that I never knew existed. This discovery has had a rippling effect through every aspect of my life, as this self-awareness increased my confidence and that, in turn, has given me the belief that I am ready and capable of taking on any challenge that comes my way.

After many years of false starts, trial and error, and just not having any guidance, I finally found success in my health and fitness (in addition to becoming a CrossFit Level 2 Coach & Precision Nutrition Certified).
I wanted to design a program that would help people avoid the mistakes I made. Something that would’ve helped me out 5 years ago. Something I would have felt comfortable and loved doing.
That’s what I’m aiming to achieve with New Territory, and that’s my goal with our coaching.
I have an endless passion in guiding and helping others achieve their goals into living and incorporating a more mindful, nutritious and overall healthier lifestyle. When practicing, I take a mindful and intuitive approach in how I help others.
I am a Registered Dietitian / Licensed Nutritionist. Currently, I hold a bachelors and masters degree in dietetics and nutrition while having a vast knowledge of medical nutrition therapy. My current specialties include gut health along with other conditions such as weight loss management.
Many conditions and diseases are stemmed through a lack of maintaining a healthy gut / microflora and overall lifestyle. I have a strong desire and passion to help those who are currently struggling within this realm of nutrition and those who are curious and want to learn more about creating and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.
