How the program WORKS

At the start of the program, you’ll go through a 1-on-1 consultation with your coach where you’ll get a custom meal plan, a few exercises, and goals for the week so you know exactly what you need to do.

The key to success in the Accelerator is the coaching and accountability.

Each week you’ll meet with your coach (either online or in person), assess how the previous week went, problem solve any issues and get new exercises. During the week you’ll have 24/7 messaging access to your coach to get support and ask any questions.

After your initial assessment you’ll receive a custom nutrition plan designed by a Registered Dietitian. This plan is designed to help you achieve your goals and is based around your lifestyle and schedule.

Do-Anywhere Workout Program

 
We’ll design a workout plan based on your environment, comfort level, and gear that’s available to you. You can do it in your living room, at your work or condo gym, or at the big box gym you have a membership to.

We can design a plan for any and all abilities – from the lifelong couch potato to ultra endurance runners.

Most sessions take less than 30 minutes and include a warm-up and cool-down with a stretch.

We also include videos showing every movement, guiding you every step of the way.

If you already participate in a physical activity, such as a sport or yoga or group fitness class, we’ll adjust your training plan to accommodate those sessions and act as accessory work depending on your goals.

Live Virtual Workout Sessions

In the Ultra plan you’ll get the ultimate balance in 1-on-1 coaching with home convenience. You’ll activate a video chat during your training sessions  to have live, realtime support with your coach. Get proper training of each movement, real-time feedback on technique and safety, and motivation to keep going and get the work done.

There’s a number of reasons on why it’s important to track what you eat when you’re making dietary changes. But logging is usually a tedious chore that gets ignored and forgotten.

Our meal logging system makes it as easy as snapping and texting a photo.

As you log your food during the week, you’ll receive feedback from your coach on your meals along with tips and strategies to keep you on track. This creates a productive dialogue rather than a basic math equation of calories.

My mission is causing change in others. I struggled with my weight most of my life, in addition to living with Crohn’s Disease for the past 11 years. After many years of false starts, trial and error, and just not having any guidance, I finally found success in my health and fitness (in addition to becoming a CrossFit Level 2 Coach & Precision Nutrition Certified).

I wanted to design a program that would help people avoid the mistakes I made. Something that would’ve helped me out 5 years ago. Something I would have felt comfortable and loved doing.

That’s what I’m aiming to achieve with New Territory, and that’s my goal with our coaching.

FAQ

Is this done remotely or in-person?
The entire program can be done remotely. All the exercise assignments are like homework – you do them on your own and they can be done anywhere. At home, in the park, at the gym.

The coaching sessions are done via video chat or a phone call.

Do I need to be in shape to do the workouts?
Absolutely not! This program is designed to help you get in shape. Each workout has 4 different levels to challenge any fitness ability. Plus with chat support, if you have any questions or need your form checked out we’re here to help.
I already do OrangeTheory / FlyWheel / YogaWorks, ETC. Do I need to stop to do your workouts?
Keep doing what you’re doing! During the consultation, we’ll discuss what you’re currently doing and come up with a weekly fitness plan. We’ll modify the workouts to complement what you’re already doing in classes.
I’m a vegetarian / vegan / have dietary restrictions. Will the meal plan work for me?
Yep. It’s a custom meal plan, we’ll work with you and your dietary needs to create a plan you’ll want to follow.
Do I have to cook every meal? Can I eat out / live my life?
Yes! You do not need to be a hermit for 6 weeks to succeed in the program. We include a guide to eating out so you can still live your life while sticking to the program.
