What is it

In just 6 weeks you can get active, eat well, lose weight, feel great, sleep better, and jumpstart your overall health.
The 6 Week Accelerator is a crash course in healthy living with your own personal guide. If you’ve been struggling with eating the ‘right’ foods, not exercising, feeling tired and mentally foggy, or any of the other countless ailments of low-quality living we’ve come to accept, this program is designed for you.

It’s not uncommon for participants to lose 10-20 pounds over the program, find a new passion for a sport or activity, and develop long-lasting healthy habits.

I’ve done Paleo challenges in the past but felt weak…This program proved to be the exact opposite. As each week passed, I noticed myself being more energized, moving faster in the workouts and just feeling overall healthy and strong…

what the program looks like

At the start of the program, you’ll go through a 1-on-1 consultation with your coach where you’ll get a custom meal plan, a few exercises, and goals for the week so you know exactly what you need to do.

The key to success in the Accelerator is the coaching and accountability.

Each week you’ll meet with your coach (either online or in person), assess how the previous week went, problem solve any issues and get new exercises. During the week you’ll have 24/7 messaging access to your coach to get support and ask any questions.

The key to the program is our coaching. We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you succeed.

Our time is finite and we only want to work with people committed to change. We don’t want to invest our energy into someone who is going to quit halfway through.

Willingness to try something new

Chances are something about this program will push you into doing something you’ve never tried before (cooking a meal, going to the gym, breaking a habit). We’re here to work with you and take things one step at a time, but if you have a closed mindset there won’t be much we can do for you.

DEDICATING the Time

Each week you’ll have your coaching session so you need to be able to commit to a hard 1 hour each week (sometimes it goes shorter). You also need a few hours to dedicate to meal prepping and setting yourself up for success. Don’t have a minute to spare on your calendar? Don’t worry, we’ll help you find it.

FAQ

Is this done remotely or in-person?
The entire program can be done remotely. All the exercise assignments are like homework – you do them on your own and they can be done anywhere. At home, in the park, at the gym.

The only part of the program that’s done in person are the weekly coaching sessions (we’re in Playa Vista). However, these can also be done via Skype so you don’t have to be in LA to do the program.

Do I need to be in shape to do the workouts?
Absolutely not! This program is designed to help you get in shape. Each workout has 4 different levels to challenge any fitness ability. Plus with chat support, if you have any questions or need your form checked out we’re here to help.
I already do OrangeTheory / FlyWheel / YogaWorks, ETC. Do I need to stop to do your workouts?
Keep doing what you’re doing! During the consultation, we’ll discuss what you’re currently doing and come up with a weekly fitness plan. We’ll modify the workouts to complement what you’re already doing in classes.
I’m a vegetarian / vegan / have dietary restrictions. Will the meal plan work for me?
Yep. It’s a custom meal plan, we’ll work with you and your dietary needs to create a plan you’ll want to follow.
Do I have to cook every meal? Can I eat out / live my life?
Yes! You do not need to be a hermit for 6 weeks to succeed in the program. We include a guide to eating out so you can still live your life while sticking to the program.
What happens after the program? Is this a recurring charge?
After the program I hope you’ll continue on in one of our monthly programs. But that’s a completely seperate program you would have to opt into. The Accelerator is a one time cost, no autmatic renewals or billing.
