Parcel-Poached Salmon

Quick and easy no bake way for some fresh salmon

  • 3 ounce wild-caught salmon (3 fillets)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
  1. Line 3 sheets of tinfoil with parchment paper and place fish in the middle.
  2. Top each fillet with ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tbsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap each fillet into a pouch, rolling foil down and sides up.
  4. Place each pouch on a skillet and cook 8-10 minutes on medium-low, or until fish is opaque.
