Follow the Plan

Every day you’ve got three simple goals to hit. That’s it. We’ve got your back in making sure you hit those goals, no matter what the holidays throw at you (traveling, eating out, giant family dinners).

Build the Streak

Consistency is key. We’ve got the easiest way to check in, so both you and your coach can see your habit progress. No apps! It’s as simple as sending a text.

Use the Team

You’re not in this alone. You’ve got access to real life coaches to ask questions, overcome obstacles, and stay accountable.

Seamless check-ins

Our challenge has the simplest check-in process to tick off your daily habits and get help from our coaches. Each day you’ll be prompted on Facebook Messenger with some simple questions to mark off. Tap, done, get on with your day!

What You Get

Here’s a basic rundown of what our programs include. They are structured around building upon small nutrition and lifestyle habits that add up to big changes. It’s a journey towards consistent improvement.

Chat Support

Real life human coaches and a Registered Dietitian ready to answer workout or nutrition questions, offer advice to deal with wellness obstacles in the real world, check videos of workout form, and offer that extra bit of accountability when needed. 

Coach Led Online Group

You’ll get access to our exclusive online group, moderated by our coaches, where you can ask questions, share ideas, overcome obstacles, and celebrate successes.

NTX Portal

Access to our online portal filled with video recipes, weekly workout plans for all levels and locations (at home, in a hotel, at a gym), and guides for navigating traveling and eating out.

FAQ

What do the habits cover?

The habits cover movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. It’s the same three habits the entire 28 days. We want you to nail each habit every day so we keep things simple. 

Do I have to do your workouts?

No! We encourage you to move each day. How you do that is up to you. We offer easy solutions for working out at home or on the go in a hotel or in-law’s basement. But if you normally go to a gym, CrossFit box, yoga or cycling studio we encourage you to stick with it!

How do the check-ins work?

We want this challenge to encourage you to stick with healthy habits but to be in the background of your life. We don’t think anyone needs another app to deal with. So all the check-ins are handled through Facebook Messenger. Each day you’ll get pinged with a couple of questions to check off. That’s it.

Of course you can always turn this notification off and you also have the option of checking-in online. 

Do I have to be ‘in shape’ to do this?

Nope! Our workout programs have different levels which can accommodate any fitness level. Just choose what’s best for you.

Who We Are

Joey Daoud

CEO & Chief Coach

Joey’s mission is driving positive change in others. As an award winning documentary producer he caused change through media. Driven by his family’s history with obesity and his own journey with Crohn’s disease, he wanted to have a larger impact with a smaller audience. That led to the creation of New Territory Fitness, whose mission is to make healthy living accessible to others.

Joey is a CrossFit Level 2 coach, as well as a certified coach with USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting, along with other fitness and nutrition credentials.

In his freetime he’s most likely brewing coffee or climbing mountains.  

Rebecca Goodrich, MS, RDN, LDN

Chief Nutritionist

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian / Licensed Nutritionist with a bachelors and masters degree in dietetics and nutrition. Her current specialties include gut health along with other conditions such as weight loss management.

She has an endless passion in guiding and helping others achieve their goals into living and incorporating a more mindful, nutritious and overall healthier lifestyle.
