Tabata Bicep Curl
We've got two tabata sequences for this workout, with a minute of rest in between. Remember tabata is doing 20 seconds of the movement followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds or 4 minutes total.
Grab a stick or some weighted props like water bottles. You can also use a towel - just make sure to apply outward tension during the entire movement (this might actually be more taxing than some light bottles!)
