Min 1: 5 Snatches + 5 Overhead Squats
Min 2: 45 Seconds of Mountain Climbers
Min 3: Tap or Double Tap Jumps
Min 4: Rest
This workout focuses on some coordination and skill in getting objects above your head and syncing your jump timing.
The snatch and overhead squats will work on your overhead strength. Use a stick or towel to add tension to your shoulders.
Tap jumps will work on your coordination with your legs and hands. If you have a jump rope feel free to use it.
