Joey Daoud

CEO & Chief Coach

Joey’s mission is driving positive change in others. As an award winning documentary producer he caused change through media. Driven by his family’s history with obesity and his own journey with Crohn’s disease, he wanted to have a larger impact with a smaller audience. That led to the creation of New Territory Fitness, whose mission is to make healthy living accessible to others.

Joey is a CrossFit Level 2 coach, as well as a certified coach with USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting, along with other fitness and nutrition credentials.

In his freetime he’s most likely brewing coffee or climbing mountains.  

Rebecca Goodrich, MS, RDN, LDN

Chief Nutritionist

Rebecca is a Registered Dietitian / Licensed Nutritionist with a bachelors and masters degree in dietetics and nutrition. Her current specialties include gut health along with other conditions such as weight loss management.

She has an endless passion in guiding and helping others achieve their goals into living and incorporating a more mindful, nutritious and overall healthier lifestyle.

Do I need to workout every day?

You don’t need to do anything, but we designed the program to be a balanced routine for the entire week, rotating between strength, cardio, and mobility days.

We believe the key to building a healthy habit is consistency, so our goal is for you to move every single day.

Do you have group or team discounts?

Yes! Social support is an excellent motivator for success. Reach out below to discuss getting your team, company, or group on board.

What happens if I miss a day?

We understand that life happens. If you miss a day, simply jump back in with the current day’s workout or choose from our growing archive of workouts.

Do I have to be ‘in shape’ to do this?

Nope! Every single workout includes a video demo and explanation, showing modifications for every movement to accomodate different abilities.
