Green Power Smoothie

Simple three ingredient smoothie packed with protein and greens that can be made in a giant batch so you have grab-and-go snacks all week long.

  • 3 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 8 cups Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla or Unsweetened Protein Powder (Low or no sweeteners)
  • 4 cups Water
  1. Layer the ingredients with the spinach closest to the blade, followed by the protein powder, pineapple, and water.

  2. Blend until smooth. Add more water to make a less thick consistency. 

  3. Enjoy or pour into mason jars, leaving some room for expansion, and store in the freezer. Let thaw at room temperature or place in fridge overnight.
