There’s been a bit of a pause as some new projects develop, but I’m glad to say the weekly challenge has resumed!

This week’s challenge: Get out in nature before your day starts.

Couple things going on here. It means getting some movement into your morning. It means taking in some fresh air. It might also mean waking up a little bit earlier. You can do a lot with this.
