Green Power Smoothie
Simple three ingredient smoothie packed with protein and greens that can be made in a giant batch so you have grab-and-go snacks all week long.
Servings: 5 Cups
- 3 cups Frozen Pineapple
- 8 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cup Vanilla or Unsweetened Protein Powder Low or no sweeteners
- 4 cups Water
- Layer the ingredients with the spinach closest to the blade, followed by the protein powder, pineapple, and water.
- Blend until smooth. Add more water to make a less thick consistency.
- Enjoy or pour into mason jars, leaving some room for expansion, and store in the freezer. Let thaw at room temperature or place in fridge overnight.
